Vintage Art Deco Brass Purse Clutch Brown Velvet Lining Rope Strap Ornate Flower Good overall condition. There is an issue on one side of the strap near where it attaches to the purse. It still functions but the wire has come uncoiled in an area. Inside the purse one part of the metal edge has broken and sticks out. Some wear near bottom hinge.
